Challenge
The existing supplier was unable to execute the design for Harlo Apartments economically. The contractor reached out to Aroh because of our specialized knowledge along with our ability to produce everything in-house.
Solution
We provided two options: a high-end option and an alternative mid-range that met the designer’s requirements and accommodated their budget.
Following the selection of the mid-range option that was well-suited to the apartments, we worked with the Interior Designer (with whom we have a strong working relationship), to deliver a value-engineered product along with installation of all the components.
