Challenge
The Heatherdale residence, although brand-new construction, required a standardized design that could be used in other retirement communities across the country that are also operated by Baybridge Senior Living. The design needed to fit within styles in other locations that had been developed by several different designers and architects.
Solution
We were able to come up with a design that achieved each of these parameters – something traditional, yet modern. In order to accommodate their request that names be engraved instead of printed, using a non-standard corporate colour, we sourced a third-party provider for custom-made engraving material. We also set up an ordering system for Heatherdale for ongoing plaque and engraving needs. And, as always, our Wayfinding solutions were AODA-compliant, meeting all building and fire code regulations as well.
