Challenge
Already an existing customer, the organization contacted us to develop a more upscale design to reflect the architecture for their band new construction. The project encompassed 345 suites made up of Retirement Living, Memory Care and Apartments. Aroh was requested to supply Wayfinding for the residential areas and a two-level underground parking garage.
Solution
Working with Neuf Architects of Montreal’s design (and having worked with them before on several buildings), we created and incorporated a clean arch design into all the standard signage that was complementary with the architecture of the building. We also developed distinct branding for the Waterford Grand retirement residence (assisted/independent living and memory care) and a separate one for The Bristol apartments.
