Challenge
Waterford Kingston Phase 2 was in addition to an existing residence that we provided Wayfinding for, about five years ago. The signage needed to match what was already in place, and additional Wayfinding was required for the Windsong Memory Care and Birches Assisted Living areas.
Solution
In addition to supplying matching Wayfinding for the Phase 2 residence, we added memory frames to the Windsong area. To speed up occupancy and allow the client to step up their marketing efforts, we installed temporary signs approximately six weeks before we installed the final signs. This enabled us to complete the final installation in one visit, which took about eight hours for the entire residence. We also developed a unique brand identity for the residence by engraving the logo into the upper part of the Waterford sign.
